WHAT IS CIRS?

WHAT CAUSES CIRS?

Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) is a complex, multi-symptom, multi-system illness driven by exposure to biotoxins.

For many people, it can affect the brain, immune system, hormones, sleep, digestion, circulation, and nervous system-often creating a confusing collection of symptoms that seem unrelated. CIRS is most commonly associated with exposure to biotoxins found in water-damaged buildings but also include, Lyme, COVID-19, certain bacteria, snake and spider venom, red wave algae, and the list goes on.

In genetically susceptible individuals, the immune system may struggle to properly identify and remove these toxins. Instead of resolving the exposure, the inflammatory response remains activated, creating symptoms that can persist long after exposure begins.

THE SHOEMAKER PROTOCOL

The Shoemaker Protocol is the most researched and published approach for identifying and treating
Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome.

Developed by Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker, the protocol uses specific biomarkers, symptom patterns, visual contrast sensitivity testing, and environmental assessment to identify and monitor illness.

WHERE I FIT IN

I'm not a physician. I'm your guide.

I HELP CLIENTS:

  • Understand testing

  • Organise results

  • Navigate environmental decisions

  • Prepare for appointments

  • Understand protocol sequencing

  • Stay focused during recovery

Recovery from CIRS often requires

  • Multiple providers

  • Environmental decisions

  • comoley tos ind

  • Protocol sequencing

  • Lifestyle changes

My role is to help you navigate that process.

I DO NOT: Diagnose, Prescribe, Provide medical treatment. Medical decisions remain between you and your physician

RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE
