About Gloriana

For decades, I struggled with symptoms that affected nearly every aspect of my life. Like many patients, I searched for answers for years, eventually showing up to the CIRS diagnosis tired—mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially.

What followed was not a quick fix, but a process of learning, healing, and rebuilding. Through the Shoemaker Protocol, environmental intervention, and the guidance of experienced practitioners, I experienced firsthand both the challenges and the possibilities of recovery.

That experience changed the course of my life.

In 2024, I became the first Certified Shoemaker Proficiency Partner in New York State. Today, I work with individuals across the country to help them navigate the often complex and overwhelming process of CIRS recovery.

As a CIRS Coach I help patients determine whether CIRS should even be considered. For others, it means understanding testing, organizing results, navigating environmental decisions, preparing for physician appointments, or figuring out what to do next when progress has stalled.

I work closely with physicians, environmental professionals, remediation teams, and other specialists to help clients navigate the practical realities of recovery.

I understand what it feels like to go from feeling hopeless to overwhelmed by this new information, and to wonder if you will ever get your life back.

I also know that recovery is possible.

Today, my mission is simple: to help people find answers faster, avoid costly detours, and move through recovery with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.

You don't have to navigate it alone.

I'm honored to walk alongside you.

The Invisible Illness

One of the hardest parts about CIRS is that many people don't look sick.

Joint pain, headaches, diarrhea, anxiety, depression, shortness of breath, excessive thirst, insomnia, and difficulty concentrating are not symptoms that others can easily see. To the outside world, you may appear perfectly fine while privately struggling to make it through the day.

As a result, many people suffer silently for years—feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or questioning their own experience.

The photos above show some of what I was experiencing outwardly during my illness. But the truth is, what was happening on the inside was far more difficult than anything a photograph could capture.

I understand what it's like to look okay while feeling anything but okay.

That experience shaped how I work with clients today. You will never have to convince me that what you're experiencing is real. And you will never have to navigate it alone.
